I apologize to anybody in the past year that I said their pictures were out of focus lol.

I was a little dissapointed in the 70-200 2.8IS though. Don't get me wrong it is a great lens but I had to shoot at ISO 1600, 400 Shutter speed at f/2.8. A guy I was talking to was using the Sigma 70-200 2.8 and he was shooting ISO 2000, 800-1000 Shutter speed at f/2.8. I understand the difference in the ISO but is that going to give you that much more speed? I just got my first pair of glasses that I didn't think I needed. I apologize to anybody in the past year that I said their pictures were out of focus lol.

That takes your 1/400 and should allow 1/500. My personal stuff:http://www.flickr.com/photos/jngirbach/sets/

Another photographer who was using the same lens as me had the same settings. As for the game it was exciting. Our star quarterback broke his middle finger during practice and played the whole game in pain with every throw. You could tell he was not in his zone. He only had 2 fumbles the whole season and one just happen to be during the Championship game. Even though we weren't at our best we came through when we needed too. I just got my first pair of glasses that I didn't think I needed. I apologize to anybody in the past year that I said their pictures were out of focus lol.
