Nice catch. Never know what you might see on a military train.

That train goes from CFB Petawawa in Ontario down to the Texas/New Mexico area for desert training. Friend of mine was down there about two years ago for training before he was sent to Afghanistan. Usually goes through the tunnel at Sarnia into Michigan. Have seen it come by my place a few times but never got to get any pictures.

You know,..... so you can call the police and tell them the guy in the tank just cut you off. That would be a fun conversation :p

I wonder if the insurance company covers morter shells? would that be collision, or comprehensive?

Thats alot of military vehicles on that train, it must be our entire army

Seriously though, a cool and interesting train consist. Nice set, my fav's are the 1st 3rd and last. For some reason, I like the last one the most, even though the engines arent visible I just like that it disappears into the distance, and the way the frost is on the ground. Sounds kind of weird, but it kind of gives it a "going into battle" feel to it.

It goes to Windsor then into Michigan. There was 6 Military train's over the last week actually and 5 of them all went through at night. And the last one I caught in the morning on sunday at 0822. One of the military train had british vehicles on it.
