Hi everyone, my kids started summer vacation Friday, so I took a day off work to"do something fun". It was a beautiful, sunny day so we decided to drive into Madison and spend the afternoon on State Street. There were street vendors, musicians, hundreds of people eating at the outdoor cafe's and the hustle and bustle of the University of Wisconsin.

We saw this Asian woman on campus, selling her wares. There was just something about her that made me want to photograph her. She was very friendly and agreed to have her picture taken.

Any comments are much appreciated!

I like the first one best... that face is filled with a lot of character!

Life is hard...but I just take it one photograph at a time.
