Ok havent posted in a while (been fascinated with my new 14mm) but here are some crocus (?) from the garden. All faster than f/1.8 and using one 12mm extension tube. Thoughts? Comments?

Thanks everyone....these are all Canon 5D, Canon 85L lens faster than 1.8 and using a 12mm extension tube and manual focus.

BEAUTIFUL! It seems like everything I see from this lens looks like magic...

And to answer your question, I personally prefer the crop where the flower lies diagonal. Beautiful work.

Theres no real post processing editing done here, just some cropping, WB...its just what the 85L does with the background around 1.2 to 1.8

The 85L already does amazing backgrounds...adding an extension tube takes it close in with the same watercolorish background effect.
