Ticket Template Needed

Hi Folks
I placed this in the Raw, Printing Section, but thought I might get more help here.
Wondering if anyone can direct me or has made a 2 x 8 sport ticket template.
I would like to give the kids on our hockey team one each for xmas.
I have googled till my eyes bled, and I really didnt want to buy a template.

I don't use templates but the photo printing lab I use does. They produce sports tickets 4 per a sheet (same image) on metallic paper for about $3.00 per sheet. Attached is an example of the template. They are in Northern Indiana. Here is a link to their site.

You can drop in your photo and add text in the "Type your text here" section but everything else is static. They will change the year for you if needed but you have to request it via the comments section of their order processing system.

Excellent service and pretty reasonable on most of their print offerings. Hope that helps.
