I'm new to soft boxes so I need some help from you that are experienced.

How does the quality of the Paul Buff boxes compare to Photoflex? Years ago I read a lot of complaints about Buff quality, but lately I've seen only good reviews.

The pricing appears to be very close when you add a Photoflex speed-ring to the box price. So if those with experience would give me some advice I'd appreciate it.

I have White Lightning strobes but other than that I'm completely open to suggestions if there another brand at this price level I should be looking at.

I'd stilck with PB softboxes since they are good quality and you have their strobes. Plus you don't have buy another mount, unless you really like the photoflex boxes. To me they are about the same.

The umbrella like opening and collapsing make them a breeze to set up and take down.

Thanks dmward, that sounds like a real plus.
