Terrible lighting again but what can you expect this time of year... Just have to make the most of it sometimes...

I was about 10-12 feet away from the chickadees but conditions were just after a rain and late afternoon.. Hands not as steady as a young mans.. Better lighting would have produced a better pic no doubt... I think I had the ISO at 1000...

Still some nice shots, though that last one looks noisy.

Thanks Ken yes it is a bit noisy as the ISO as stated was at 1000... Just wanted to see what I could do with it.. I tried it both ways and tried to soften it but didn't look right, so I stuck with this one...

Nice shooting, enjoyed the WB Nuthatch a lot ... we must be sharing the weather Norman... at least the sun was shining here today, but I got lake effect snow flurries the entire day...

At least you're getting to see something! My schedule has been so crazy lately, I haven't seen more than a house sparrow in days! (Nice shots despite the conditions.)

Thanks db, I like watching them too but they don't stay very long... Yeah, quite possibly the same weather... The sun came out yesterday afternoon finally..

Hi Judy, thank you, well yeah there is something but not much.. Looks like Chickadees, Titmice and Mourning Doves are the only ones here now and a few Crows which I can never get a shot of...
