Something doesn't seem right. (Italy shot)

Could it be that I should have shot this in AV 8 or 11? I just feel I could have made this look a lot better. My focal point was the sail point, now I kind of wish I made it the background.

The image focus looks okay, how about trying an increase in contrast and sharpening.

Looks like some distance away - alot of atmosphere between rocks and you to diffract the light. I like it though!

It looks like atmospheric haze is the only issue. It's easy to minimize in post processing.

Try applying higher contrast using the Curves tool as indicated in the attached graph.

For me the heart of the picture is the patterns seen in the rock formations, be brave and ditch the sea.
