There is no logical reason to ship one of my cameras to the east coast when there is a repair center right up the road in Irvine. When I had a warranty issue with my 40D back in June, I had it shipped to Irvine by my local camera shop. It was back within a week and has functioned flawlessly since... John

Dan explained exactly what they did and even took some photos with me to make sure I was happy with the fixes. Highly recommended. Ken

However, when I had to send them my 40D, it took over a month for them to replace the shutter and mirror box assembly when the camera was only two months old. Mike R

I even pulled them up on it, 'Are you sure? The quote was for about double!' James
