These photos are stunning, and the effect is a choice that complements them well in my opinion. My favorite is by far the first one, the coloring of the eyes is awesome. I don't like the effect in the second as much, to me it just doesnt seem to fit and the eye looks odd to me, I think I'd like it better in full b/w.

You mean selective colour of the eyes.. If you google Selective Colour Tutorial you will find a lot of different ways to do it. The easiest I find is to turn the image Black and White in Photoshop and then use the history paint brush tool to turn the parts I want back in colour. :) Nice and easy.

I think all the pics are great but the only selective coloring that is working for me is the second one.
