Thinking of getting a Bogen Magic Arm and super clamp. Looking for suggestions for what I should get for the "other end"?

My primary usage would be for a hot shoe flash, but I could see an occasional usage of mounting my camera.

Also, any suggestions on the lever version vs the wheel version?
