I like the DOF and noise :D
I would clean her skin just a tad. There are few dark spots that needs attention. Also that lonely hair that someone mentioned.
Biggest thing that puts me off is her eye that is dead center. Maybe its personal thing but I would try different cropping.
Just my worthless 2 cents
