Two days at Ridgefield NWR

Thanks Sprint. That harrier shot is also my favorite of the entire 800 images I took. I used the 800mm lens which happened to have the 40D on it at the time. The bird was there for only 15 seconds before flying off. I got 3 images of it on the ground with wings up and 3 lousy ones as it took off. After reviewing them in camera I couldn't wait to get this one on my computer screen .
