First studio potrait

For years I've wanted a studio light setup, so I bought some Westcott continuous fluorescent softboxes and a background and here is my first portrait. It could be better but I hope I'm getting close.

50D, 85mm f1.2L

The eyes are a little out of focus I think. Looks like you're focused on the top of her head. However, as far as light goes, you are definitely on the right track. Looks good to me.

Yep, it's definitely soft. It was literally a sit-down-and-shoot shot right before we walked out the door. That's what happens when ya rush!
I've fine tuned the lighting a bit better and if I can get her to sit still long enough I'll shoot another.
