I'm a little late to the party, but fine adult beverages are pretty high on my hobby list.

Excuse the poor snapshot, but this was the status of my beer fridge last night:

Don't mind the Miller Lite in the bottom. That stuff has been sitting there since about March when we had a poker party and some guy left the extras. Otherwise I'm all about many craft brews and breweries. A big fan of Great Lakes, Bell's, Stone, North Coast, Founders, Rogue, etc.

On top of that, I also brew my own. ;) Right now I have about 25 gallons in my converted chest freezer with everything ranging from homemade hard cider to a russian imperial stout.

If I'm not drinking beer I'm pretty much a whisky/whiskey guy.

OK, OK, we are sorry for you:)!

My sister lived in Denver for quite a while -- and I never could stand for Coors Light, Bud Light, Oly Light and all of that (in fact I never cared for those lagers at all -- too much of a watered-down-ness). I've lived in the Pacific Northwest where we "specialize" in some very nice micro-brews.

But once when I was visiting Denver, the home of Coors, we went for a tour of the Coors facility and found that they were putting out some pretty robust beers -- we had a fun time when at the end of the tour we could go to the lounge with free samples:)!

This one, Beerlao.. One of the finest beers I drunk anywhere..

Beerlao is partly owned by Carlsberg (which in its own right is a great beer).. In 1992 Carlsberg came in to try to improve Beerlao but couldn't so they left it alone.. Beerlao is a German styled lager and at around $1 for a 640ml bottle great value..

BTW,, I can sometimes get it in Australia.. If I can, it's the only beer I'll drink there also.. It's that bloody good..
