What beer do serious Canon users drink?

And lol. Sorry. When I read the topic when I posted, I didn't see the word "beer" in there. I wasn't much of a beer person, but I would drink a Real Ale Fireman's #4.

I have been known to consume cherry lambics from a certain South Beach, FL English pub (The Abbey)

Wild Blue has been growing on me. Maybe I missed my calling as an Olympus shooter.

I think 2 weeks in the primary, 1-2 weeks in secondary then into bottles for a week or something. Don't recall. I'm not much of a beer person, but it was fun and a pain to make. I'll do it again when it's cooler out. Did heat up my apt quickly when doing all the boiling.

You should! It really doesn't take all that long, you have a brew day and then you ferment depending on your gravity (Depending on the brew I let the beer ferment 2-4 weeks)
