Need a little creative help on posing.

I will be taking a family Christmas photo in my home studio. Parents and teenage boys. I am having trouble coming up with any sort of posing ideas for 4 adults basically. (the teens are roughly the same height as mom and dad a few inches taller) Any ideas or thoughts for this type of photo would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

This is just for a friend so just trying to come up with a few different poses. Maybe something not traditional.
