Great Image but a little too warm for me - here I removed some of the yellow/orange cast

Here's another - Touched up the skin and eye whites, eyes, and the area around the eyes, sharpened the hair and blurred the background just a bit.

update - looking at the image I probally should have masked out the "Merry Christmas" text - I didn't notice it when I blurred the background and it kinda looks out of place - by masking it out it would have still be sharp, but I didn't save my workup file.

Thanks for the great feed-back everyone!

I am always nervous when it comes to retouching skin - seems like a very fine line between looking good and over processed (fake).

The sharpening of the hair really looks awesome - thanks for the tip!
