I am thinking about buying a 7D. The cheapest I've seen it online (Australia) is $2,147. There'd be at least another $40 postage on top so in my hand for $2,187, and I understand it's a grey market. If anything went wrong I'd have to post it back, at a cost I assume of around $40 each time. I can get it from a retailer for $2299, which would then be covered by the normal Canon warranty. I'd probably be better off just buying it at the shop for that price. BUT if anyone in Australia (Victoria) knows where I can buy it cheaper please let me know. My fingers are itching to spend but I dont want to buy it only to find it's cheaper elsewhere.
