Facebook size file ?

I want to give a HS football player a file for his facebook page but want to make sure it will look poor if he tries to print it out. I tried 604 X about 422 with a quality of 65 however it prints goods as a 5x7 even on a Multi use machine.

Any idea what size I need to prevent good looking prints at any size?

Really, the only thing to do would be to put a watermark on your pic. As you saw, a small-resolution image can print a small size print.
