Find a hill, take shots a full 360° around (to later match the sun direction of the "target shot"), at various focal lengths (to later match focal length), and various elevations up from the horizon (again, to match). If you can, at various times of the day (matching sky color.)
You should be able to build a great library of sky shots to dump into the boring skies that we have here the other 364 days a year!
