Yes .. part of it is built and there is still much construction going on. I think its fascinating. I would tight'n up the crop so the sidewalk is gone and the doors on the right are gone and you just have these images of real life in individual frames paired up with the video images in their frames. BRILLIANT in my opinion just to much other stuff with the door and the sidewalk competing with the massage. Great eye to see it.
