XTi vs. T1i

OK... so there's a pretty sweet deal out there whereby I can get a new T1i, 18-55 IS, and 55-250 IS for $800.

Currently I have an XTi with a grip and the same two lenses.

Assuming I could sell the XTi rig (but would have to part with the grip), would this be a worthwhile upgrade? Some of the quick advantages that I can think of would be: better low-light performance, newer image processor, larger LCD, and video mode (for what that's worth).

Thoughts?

I went from the XT to T1i for the bells and whistles -- higher ISO, larger LCD, live-view, video, newer menu system, etc. etc.

I enjoyed it, but it left me wanting more (I didn't feel that it was "enough" of an upgrade for me). So I got another camera
