Had heard about the albino at Ridgefield NWR, but this was the first seeing it.

It was nice talking with you this weekend. From all our many visit to Ridgefield we've only seen an albino nutria twice and it was way off in the distance. Lucky you!

neat critter indeed... In all my years being around wildlife I have only seen one true albino, it was a 8 point Buck, I had hundreds of pictures of it and video footage, unfortunately lost it in a fire...

Great captures. Have seen many of these creatures in the wild, but never an albino-variety.

I enjoyed meeting you too. Love your website. The hawk I was unsure about is a Rough-legged. I posted it in the bird section. It was a first for me, as was the albino. Ridgefield is a special place. Hope to see you guys there again. Bill
