Nice b/w conversion I think I would still like to see a little more light in your eyes but overall I really like the image.

Ditto about the lighting, and Image is a bit pixelated... Is this resized from small to big or something? I was going to say it looks a bit soft, but its really jus the pixelation that bugs..

Otherwise its a good portrait.
