Black & White Street Photography - POST

A revision of a previous image.

Here are a few, they will be in a book on Hollywood, L.A. 1970's. I got lots of new street, but it is all color. I pretty much only shoot hyper real color nowadays for street.

I love them all sir. very strong classical (almost FSA) approach. possibly the strongest set I've here in a long while. one thing - please oh please don't spoil them with that massive signature. what's the time frame they were taken in?

Thanks, dude. I'm sure a Chicago-ite would gawk at snow, but if it sticks like this, it's a big deal here. My Facebook was flooding w/ Instagram photos all day.

I like that shot as well, mainly b/c I also remember the state of the bicycle (no hand grips, to match the no gloves), and of course no helmet, as this is Japan. He stayed on that huge road in those awful conditions.

This one from the set is by far my most popular on Flickr, ever. It got posted to someone's blog, and I guess went viral. 1300 views, 191 likes, 26 comments, and counting. I think my most popular before that was 25 likes. I guess it's more aesthetically pleasing, but the story it tells me is of relief. The previous one is of displeasure. I also was in ankle-deep water a few moments before I took it though.
