I see a body of work that deals with technology and the role it plays on out interaction with each other in public spaces.

Believe it or not, I try to avoid just shooting people on their phone if possible, but if someone is posing, I go for it. Honestly, it's really hard to find someone "just sitting" there these days. I was actually thinking exactly what you said last night... well, close enough. Basically that technology has changed urban photography a LOT. There are still some interesting people to shoot, even though they're looking down. Japan has a breed of female that no matter how hard they try, never quite grow out of their chicken-legs, which makes for some interesting posing while standing around smoking or messing w/ the phone. Walking.. not quite so pretty.
