This is like a not-so-good variant on the theme. My main interest was the Chicken **** All graffiti but, still pales in comparison ...

Thank you. Still lacking confidence with street shooting, and also trying to retain the same style as my other work (which I've been happy with recently) but the only way to do that is by getting out there ...

I like how you used lines in the first shot. The guy reading newspapers suits perfectly. He is in frame, but being busy he looks as if he was absent.

Second image has very nice, but harsh light on the building. It's very nice composed, and balanced.

I'd noticed the strip lights creating a nice diagonal line, so I was waiting for those each time, then the man with the papers made the perfect subject - he was static for a start but also in his own little world.

The light on the building was what attracted me to the second one. I hadn't seen the poor woman laid down because I was on the other side of the street and it's a crowded area. Then I just had to wait for a clear shot.

Her facial tone seems very uneven. Was it light games or just her?

Light games from middle day sun can't blame her for that. Just some weird shadows, but didn't dare to stick a fill flash in her face while she was playing. These shots came from an old DVD I found last week, most are circa 2010 and were archived as low res JPG from my old Pentax.
