Going through some terrible shots from last week I ran onto this one that the auto exposure blew out the highlights of this girl due to the background being in the shade and her in the bright sunlight. As I wanted to see her expression more clearly because I remembered the look I got when she saw me, I dropped the exposure until she was somewhere near the right exposure. I'm really glad I did. Even if no one else likes this shot I do...and I guess like all of us, that's all that counts.
