Just wanted to tell you guys i finally got my 7D and a 24-70. I had sold my xsi in September and had been saving since then. Im really excited about it! Thanks to you all who answered the many questions i had on various things pertaining to these two items. Please excuse the pictures as they came off my iphone.

yeah iphone doesn't do justice to that BIG sweet brick

finally after months of deliberations i'm getting the 7D and the 17-55 tomorrw

nice upgrade. coming from an XS to the 7D.. i must say good luck with the learning curve =) im still learning after 2 months. i havent seen ducks around nyc lately. i guess they flew south so go shoot some pigeons!

Thanks! Its tough to find them in NYC around this time of the year. I think they migrate south. Will a pigeon do? We have plenty of those. :D
