Photo printing machines and edited pics

I went to get some photos printed at the local drug store which has these photo printing machines where you plug in your usb stick and print the selected photo.
The machine does not recognize the edited versions , only the original shots. They are all in jpeg format. What's going on? Anyone?

probably something you're going to have to ask the technician at the photo dept. of the drug store.

Do you have your edited photos inside of a separate folder?
That could throw the machine a curve.

What were they edited in? Do they open easily on a computer in a program other than the editor? Can you post one here?

Aah...why not just delete the nonedited ones from the stick?

Don't expect consistent results. You should read this:
Anyone using walgreens.com for printing photo's ?

I actually got three photos done today and when you clicked on them to do an edit the edited versions showed up......very confusing. lol.....they turned out pretty good for 2.99 for an 8x10.
Just some dog pics . Nothing exotic. Thanks all for the replies.
