Cokin filters are pretty inexpensive anywhere you buy them. Check with B&H Photo (www.bhphotovideo.com (external link)) and Adorama (www.adorama.com (external link)). They'll have them.

Cokin has two grades of ND Grad filters. I don't know precisely how many stops they are. If memory serves, they just call them graduated gray or something like that... Not "neutral density" specifically. All Cokin are optical quality plastic, not coated in any way.

There are better quality ND Grads available for use with Cokin P and X size holders, that have a wider variety of choices (such as more or less density, softer and harder gradations). Lee, Singh Ray, Tiffen and others make filters to fit some Cokin holders. Lee makes a couple different lens hoods for Cokin holders, too, that are nice.

The holders there are about 9.00 and filters range from 17.00 to 30.00 for the "P" series

They also sell "Tian Ya" filters that are not genuine Cokin products .

Cokin GND filters are known to have a color cast, not at all "neutral". 2filter sells the Hitech which are neutral.

The problem above was felt to be with maxsavers.com, not 2filter.com. 2filter is an authorized dealer for B + W and has very good prices and legit products. There is controversy in these forums about the origin of some of the filters on maxsavers.

Don't make price the only factor in choosing optics.
