Are these any good? I liked the sculptural forms and emphasized this with the contrast (the sky was very bland anyway).

If you hadn't said what the subject was, I don't think I would have figured those first two out right away. I like them. Like the first best of all.

I think I would like to see more detail in the shadows. If I could see all the rivets and light bulbs or other gack I think they would be more interesting. They feel very cold and bleak. Not quite sure where you wanted to take these photos. Is there a particular story you are trying to tell?

These are tight, I understood what they were of right away.

I think I've had to much cafeine today - as long as you are playing with the images - take 2 and three, and superimpose an egg (2 holding, and 3 with one or more eggs working their way around the track). O.k. I'm done - or cracked, or scrambled...

I guess I just liked them as abstract shapes more than anything else, no story in particular. Also maybe an antidote to the usually colourful night-time shots often taken at the funfair - looking at their cold mechanical side instead (the machine behind the fun?) Good point about detail in the shadows.

Sounds fun, I'm all for the surreal, if only I had the skill to do it! I'll settle for an omelette for dinner.

Looks like you turned some blown out pictures of the sky and coverted them to black and white. Interesting shape of a ride I would not dare get on. :)

Yes maybe I was trying to make something out of nothing! Out of interest here are the original shots straight from camera:

I really like what you did! Why not play around and add some paint splatter in the background or a surreal/paper type sky... LOTS of fun can be had with this. VERY nice job. I'd def save them for future use if you need to make a brush or something.;)
