Need help with a hot hand

hey guys, I am out of the house and don't have access to photoshop and would like to see if someone can help me with some highlights on a picture.

My model is the worst model to work with lol, he never listens and does whatever he wants so, to get another decent picture means staying days at it. hahaha

here is it people, I do have the original raw image if anyone is interested in helping me, thanks in advance.
