This whole search for extra-terrestial intelligence and the SETI project has always made me wonder. The search for inelligent life on other planets is based on the assumption there is intelligent life on earth, right? Maybe the search should be a little closer to home and they could start in Washington, D.C.

I always liked the statement that "the best argument for intelligent life in outer space is that none of it has attempted to contact us yet..."

Thanks for the link.

It would be nice to have for my (small) collection of panel instruments but unless it was in the Spirit of St Louis or Apollo 13, it's nothing truly earth shaking.
