A nice week off, throw in a small hike up a different set of mountains & hills:

Looking down at family:

Photo from their point of view - I am sure this place would be a great view in the fall...

Not sure why, but call me JJ.
I used to hate math but then I realised decimals have a point.

Yeah, the whole Four Corners area is a real cool experience if you enjoy hunting around for ruins, and Mesa Verde is just special!

One time a group of my "extended" family and I were wandering around some ruins, not in Mesa Verde, and off the "beaten track" after a substantial rainfall when we came across what must have been a dump -- hundreds of pottery shards that had been uncovered by the running water that we could recognize as Anasazi shards from an area museum -- pretty exciting in a dorky way:)!

What, taking photos, or going on all the rides?

I'd do the latter :D

Space Mountain is definitely a fun ride, but it would be crazy trying to take pictures during the ridin' part:)! Sort of a big blurry bunches of trails of lights...

I didn't even take my bag. I went first, my son held my bag. Then the rest of the family went. That ride is just a bit too bumpy for me to hold my gear in my lap.
