C+C welcome
looked better in my editing program??? looked sharper I'm not sure why its looking worse now! Maybe it's my screen

Other then it looking like you chose too small of a presentation size, the picture looks fine.

Try reposting a larger version...1024 x 768, as an example.

Cheers!

You might consider bringing the shadow detail up a bit as there are a few darker areas in the shot that are hiding a bit of detail.

Cheers!

I like them - but is that first one level? - I have that feeling its ever so slightly angled...

And the second is a great idea - I'd just darken the lower part more - or lighten it up.

I may not have been perfectly perpendicular to the window on the first one, it's also quite possible that the building has settled (the cornerstone was laid in 1806), or I may not have had the image plain quite square.

I haven't played with the second one much. Aside from some sharpening these are SOOC.

Check the first one then :) in DPP or Photoshop - you'd not loose a bit ;)
And consider post processing the second one :)

From a friends wedding, we were seriously late due to a crash on the motorway so I had no time to try different settings. Not good when it's your first time shooting indoors!
