This is in Inuvik NWT. We were up there last year. We will definitely be going back up there. It's beautiful!

St Hildas At Night
St Hilda’s Church on the Hartlepool Headland, is one of the most important churches in the north of England
Believed to be on the site of the monastery where Hilda was abbess in the 7th century
She later went on to found Whitby Abbey.

Wow, that is the most moody church shot I have ever seen, wonderful.

Thank you Sir

I was initially disappointed to discover it was no longer lit up at night, but it worked out quite well and balanced the exposure with the sky

Thanks, Lester. It's a magical place, especially in the early AM when mist fills the valley.

1) El Valle de los Caídos (The Valley of the Fallen), about an hour NW from Madrid by car.

2) (After posting this capture, I thought that maybe I should provide a photo that gives a bit of a "frame of reference" to my original post for the visitors that are not familiar with the "Valle de los Caídos." It's not a very good capture for many reasons, but it does serve its purpose.) Caught in the morning fog.

It's very well composed and long exposure with shadows from graves did the job. Church itself has very nice architecture. Congratulations!
