The orginal wooden tower was replaced in the 1950's by a modern brick tower on the opposite side of the mainline. 59 years later and still standing an ONR passenger train rolls by and will drop off a GO bilevel at the west end of Mimico, passing the long ago boarded-up Canpa tower that once controlled movements off CP's Canpa Sub in the foreground.
