I have always found them to be pretty responsive on anything that I have reported via their support site. I've never reported on Lightroom only Photoshop but I think the support teams would have the same sort of approach to handling problems. My life is like one big RAW file....way too much post processing needed.

Dec 18, 2009 16:08 | #7 I only upgraded because there are a couple of bug fixes for OSX 10.6.2. Thankfully all seems well on my iMac. I agree that there seems to be no benefit for PC users unless you have the 7d. I guess this is a quick update for 7D Raw as Adobe will be concentrating on version 3. Martin

I hung up, uninstalled 2.6, reinstalled 2.5 (I save all install files all the time) and everything is working again.
