Thought this might be fun to see what people asked for. Then after the holidays you post back and tell people if you got it or something better.

I asked for...

- Canon Backpack
- Canon BG-E7 Grip
- Canon Wireless RC1 Remote
- Product Image
- Botero Collapsible Reversible Background
- 16gb card
- spare battery

I probably won't get everything on here but this is what I was wanting.

Lenses (one can dream haha)... more realistically: a nice compact flash card (would be nice to have another one for sure).

I already started a thread, but I asked for a 16-35L. And got a 16-35L, a Pelican hardcase, and a note saying that I got a 1DmkIV whenever it ships. And a new computer to edit photos on.
(we opened gifts early this year)

I never ask my family for anything expsensive like lenses and such. Some lens or sensor cleaning kit supplies, flash cards, gift card etc would be about all I'd feel comfortable with mentioning.

I simply asked for money to help fund a wide-angle lens I'm currently saving up for. Even $100 would be a welcome contribution. :)

It was from my wife and 364 days out of the year, we can hardly stand each other. LOL I think we sedate each other with gifts. It's the "here, go play with this" syndrome. LOL
