Hi I am thinking of selling my

xt- still in good condition

40d- Like new only 10,000 clicks

85mm 1.8

50 1.8

17-85mm

and 4 cards.

Was wondering what will be a good price.

Your best bet would be to peruse the sell section and compare prices. Another means of determining what to sell gear for is to go to KEH.com (external link) and look at their condition rankings and prices on gear. That will give you a good starting point.

use craigslist. Every day brings a new mix of gear, some overpriced stuff hangs on the site for weeks, but you can watch the ads for a few days and get a feal for what sells and for how much. I think the local sale is the best way to go, and local pricing might even be better than what a national shop like KEH would reflect. you have to figure they price everything with shipping and overhead in mind, you can price with nothing but a free ad on craigslist and some gas money in mind.

BE careful, stay in public, take cash only, bring a friend, be careful.
