My G10 is built like a tank, but I get paranoid when I drop it on my car seat!

Thats why I call fake on this story - I seriously doubt that a camera, however well made, could take that sort of impact without breaking any parts. The deceleration alone from approx 50mph (http://www.calctool.org/CALC/eng/aerospace/terminal (external link) with 2.5kg, 100 square inches, Cd of 1.00 in air ) would make me suspect breakages if not complete failure.

but you gotta figure, the terminal velocity for something so light and small is like 90ft/s where as on a 10 foot fall it can gain speeds of around 80ft/s. its believable although highly unlikely

Heh - yes, I did... You firmly established the biggest pundits on Right as liars, and through through the process of implication (intended or not), you have cast aspersions on every single Republican in the world, stating clearly that All Republicans Lie!!

:)

Okay, okay, obviously I exagerrated for humor there, but that's the kind of silly arguments people get in, when it comes to politics. You've alrady had one response jumping on your bandwagon claiming O'Reilly lies about everything.

I'm not even saying you're right or wrong, just that it doesn't belong in this forum, isn't there an off-topic forum for this?

It all depends on how you read the quote, I read it as a phrase the pundit in question invented while referring to someone else, since I never heard it myself.
