Dim church, a zillion other flashes going off conspiring against me...

I shot this in JPEG, not RAW, and want to deal with the redeye in Elements 7. On a couple of shots like this, I'm prepared to spend the time to fix these manually (the redeye tool won't touch the "white" ones), but I don't really know how to start and am a complete newbie to this type of manipulation. Can someone point me to a tutorial or steps to manually fix these and end up with a somewhat realistic-looking eye when I'm done?

Thanks.

I used the pen tool with the black color selected. Filled in one eye and use the clone tool from there. if you spend more time you can do a better job. I have never had much luck with the red eye tool. I used PSE 5 for this.

Yeah, I wasn't sure if "black" was really the way to go or not. I've had decent luck to date with the red-eye tool, but it sure wasn't catching this one.

You could use a smart selection to choose the white and replace it with red, then use the red eye tool.
