Don't give her a complex. She looks beautifful when she smiles.

I never said she wasn't. It is always nice to see people smiling :)

Not necessarily a wall-hanger but I don't see anything wrong with it! :)

Depends on the stove. We have a 6 burner Wolf and each burner grill weighs 9 pounds. Thats a lot of iron and it can hold a whole lot of heat for quite some time. :)

Those are heavy... We have a four burner Kenmore and it doesn't hold the heat for very long.

When we at the house a couple weeks ago with the inspector, I looked throughout the kitchen for the manuals on the appliances, none were to be found. :| We have our final walk through on Saturday, we're going to jot down all model numbers and go on line to find the manuals.

The internet is a fabulous place. I was able to find copies of most of the manuals for my old cameras online.

As you know, I'm all in favor of smiling avatars.

There was a big earthquake in Mexicali, Mexico, about 3/4 hours ago. I wonder if John and Heather felt it. 5.8 is pretty big, although we didn't really feel it here (120 miles from Mexicali)

Nope... Didn't feel it. I wasn't even aware of it until I got a text from Robert. Apparently it's all over the news there. Heather called me at the same time to tell me about it...

According to the US Geological Survey earthquake site, that part of Mexico has been shaking ever since the 24th. There have been 30 recorded tremors ranging from 1.1 to 5.8 on the Richter scale in the vicinity of Guadalupe Victoria, BC, Mexico.

Those are both valid concerns, but with a regular fence when the dog gets out it many times cant get back either. We live in a no fence area so our only other option would be to tie up the dog or only let the dog out on a leash. I was never a fan of doing either. Too many bad things can happen to a tied up dog and only using the leash means that the dog will be inside most of the day.

I live in a restricted neighborhood too. So the choice with dogs is either some form of tie out or an invisible fence. The fence works well...even when it is off, the dogs now where it is and don't approach. It doesn't stop other dogs from coming in, but other dogs are supposed to be confined as well. Most of the neighbors have invisible fences too....so roaming critters usually is not a big issue.

Looking at the maps, I think we're about the same distance from it. We didn't feel a thing.
