just got off the phone with MIL. I'm happy with how Calypso seems to be adjusting. She's showing very good signs (above normal) in her adjusting to that bazillion hour trip and the new house.

HAHA!!! Both those shots are funny. You would be surprised what dogs like. Cricket sleeps all wadded up in a little ball with her head stuck between my back and the seat cushion. Buddy, the big Weimer, can get himself in the tiniest of balls and sleep squished between Chris and I on our little couch.

Hola guys.

Back from a few days with the in-laws (it was my FIL's birthday yesterday, so we usually go there just after Christmas). Spent a nice time there, but didn't take any photos at all (I even forgot to take the G9).

Managed to get a new xbox on the way home, so happy about that as well (looks like a few improvements have been made since my old second hand one).

Hope everyone is continuing to enjoy their post-Christmas period.

Not that I even know which one we have. but we do have wireless controllers. They are very nice.

My gamer tag is "TheAperture" (naturally!).

The one I have is a lot quieter than the old one. but then again, the old one seemed to have been opened by the previous owner so may have been "hacked" with a different fan or something.

I have no xbox buddies as yet, so I guess I will.

Oh, you don't need the xbox, you can do the friending thing through www.xbox360.com (you can mess with your MS Live profile there).

oh I didn't know you could do that. I just sent it via the xbox. It may be an hour or so. I dunno how long it takes.

I wish the wii was this easy. Connecting with friends I mean.

Now if I could just figure out what games one can play on the xbox with friends, that will be a plus.
