I would repair them then take the collar over and test it. many give a tone prior to shock but many don't so I would shock myself to test it. I have done that thousands of times and don't feel it is too harsh, it is more startling than anything.

I think people that aren't familiar with them think they are like a taser, a cattle fence or an electric chair....it is more like the static shock you get from the doorknob during cold, dry weather. It is far more startling than painful....in fact, invisible fence here won't install a fence for you if you won't zap yourself...just so you know exactly what it does.

That's a good idea, although there are some us on here that would want to do it again.... And again.

Me too. I added about 6 more to my list of feeds. I can't wait to get into the bread one.

Maybe should go over to the General Photography area and start a thread for a list of photography blogs.

Ok, where is this?? I must go.

There are two hotsprings, one on each side of the river just down from Hoover Dam. We went to the ones on the Nevada side. Both of them are about a 2.5 mile hike to get to the springs.

Have you ever gone to the one across from R Place?

Cute pup.

She is a 4 month old English Pointer. Her name is Sierra.

Got her from one of the shelters here today. Hadn't worked with them before... they are really awesome. It's a kill shelter, but they are willing to work with us, and I can see a lot of dogs coming to us from this shelter in the future.

Did you reprogram the remote? Make sure to check the manual.
