He just called again, and they've closed the door again (Who knew it was open?). Looks like they'll arrive around 12:45 now. S/B home by 1:30.

that is SO hysterical!

I was cracking up at Trudy. She's a doll. Is she adopted by that lady from NY yet?

Levi and the black one were adopted today, correct?

Still, I admit to thinking it's chaos here when the dogs are on our bed...I cannot imagine the 101 Freitas...

this threw me into a giggle fit!

I'm off, too.

My call finally came, and I'm headed to the airport.

safe travels

I got Lois out of bed and dressed, loaded her into the car, checked the online flight status one last time (no change), and headed off to the airport to meet the flight which was rescheduled to 11:43pm. We were only a couple blocks from the house and BIL called again. The plane has loaded and backed away from the gate, but they are experiencing some sort of warning light in the cockpit, so they're going to sit there till they can have it checked by a mechanic.

The soonest it can arrive now is going to be around 1:00am, and that's only if they fix whatever the problem is on the aircraft quickly.

This is going to be a long night.

uggghhh if I was Lois I would refuse to go.:lol:

Ok, so we are at our adoption event today, and with everyone within hearing distance, Tevin says to me:

"Gosh Mom! What were you and dad doing last night in your bedroom? I couldn't even sleep you were being so loud. It was midnight!"

If you dare to watch... this is what we were doing at midnight last night.

Cat, if your dogs fart half as much as mine that must be one fruity bedroom.

Some of Sandi's Breads' work (external link)...I'll caption here in a few. Grammarians, is that whole Sandi's Breads thing punctuated correctly? Looks funky and felt very strange to type.

No ' after breads dear.
