I use about 6 tablespoons of ricotta and I mix it in with the tomato sauce, did layers of the kielbasa and next with spinach, lots of mozzarella and a little parmigiano on top, couldn't find the sockarooni so I use Mrs. Dash hot and spicey mixed in with the cheese, yummy!!
