Some new photos of Serra.
She has absolutely no fear of any of the men in our house now. It only took a couple days before she was completely comfortable with them.

And she is an amazing fetcher. She brings the ball back and puts it in my hand.
What a sweet girl too... she's got an amazing heart.

:D:DThat's great Kit.

Moved 1/2 my hobby room today. I'm sure both houses have exactly 1 gazillion and 1 stairs and I made at least 20 trips in each house. I'm now relaxing to John Williams the classic guitarist. The Bose Wave I've had for years sounds like a whole new system in a house that has some acoustics. :D

Bird feeders are up for viewing from the kitchen window and patio windows. Anxiously waiting for the birds to discover the free eats. Saw at least one pair of Cardinals yesterday, but; they haven't come into the feeders, yet. This morning while I was looking outside 4 deer ran through the back lot line. :D Yeah, I love this place more each day.

Awesome!!!! :D

That's what they say about dogs with big ears.;) Great that she is coming right along.:D

On the cable thing, I'd still would like to investigate invisible fencing, in the meantime this is a great solution. I can watch him though the family room windows and he can come up to them to let me know he is ready to come in.:D And he has a lot more running space then he had at the old place.

Remember I mentioned the hummingbird that has built a nest on our patio?

This last shot is what concerns me most. The nest is right over our washer and dryer and every time we open the back door she bolts.

Very cool! Hope she sticks around.

Those are great! I love how the backdrop turned out!

*waving hello*

I've been busy. Dragged another model outside this afternoon and I've been sanding hardwood.

Busy at work is a good thing. :)

Good to see you drop in though. Give the boys a hug from me. Oh, and D too. ;)
And if you must, you can hug piggy and tell her it was from me as well. :p

Done, done and the last one is done too.

We're talking about restricting our coming and going out the back door. We can let the dog out into the front yard for his business and our tenants can come to the front door if necessary. She does leave on her own periodically and I'm trying to do laundry today around her "schedule."

That is really cool. I wouldn't worry to much about disturbing it though. So long as you don't make any moves to threaten the momma it will quickly learn to ignore you. Some of my hummingbirds will let me get within 3 or 4 feet from them.

I don't know about nesting birds but the feeding hummers get inches from me. Last season I was holding the feeder as I filled it and one was hovering inches in front of me at belly level. It was pretty neat.

I'm hoping she gets used to our presence as time progresses, but just to be on the safe side I cautioned our tenants about trying not to disturb her.

Sorry you didn't like it. Works for me where ABP does/did not.

I don't think they have any real fear of humans. They just know that we can't catch them.

How's the boys? They all furry and covered in blankets.

Good, thanks. We haven't been riding so they did not get clipped this winter. They are very woolly and only have light rain sheets for the wet weather.
